photographs were taken with an Olympus OM10 manual camera

on a winters night

  Above are 4 different exposures of traffic flow taken on a bridge

going over a dual carriageway.

The affect of increasing the exposure is not perfectly obvious;

as volume of traffic flowing is not constant

but the effect is more white light showing as

the length of exposure is increased.

The photographs taken on black & white film give

more contrast for the car headlights in the

evening winter night sky.

My 1st Photograph developed

The 1st photograph I composed,

captured and developed with a

professional photographer back

in ‘94 is of a

canal near

Fountain bridge in Edinburgh.
